Welcome to Nu Vision Doors. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

 

1. Product Information & Availability

 

We offer pre-designed glass door inserts. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all details are free from errors.

 

 

2. Order Acceptance & Payment

 

Orders are considered final once full or partial payment is received. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise noted. Nu Vision Doors reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

 

 

3. Installation Terms

 

• Pre-Installation Requirements: Clients must ensure the existing door is in suitable condition for insert installation. If not, additional charges may apply or the job may be rescheduled.

• Scheduling: Installation dates are scheduled based on product availability and client availability. We strive to honor the selected date but reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, shipping delays, or emergencies.

• Access & Safety: Clients must provide safe and clear access to the installation area.

• Pets must be secured in a separate area during the installation process to ensure the safety of both our team and your animals. During installation, your existing door will be temporarily removed to complete the insert fitting. We will install a temporary foam barrier in the doorway to help maintain indoor temperature and reduce dust or debris from entering your home during the process. This barrier also ensures a more comfortable and clean environment while we work. Additional charges may apply for delays caused by access restrictions, unsecured pets, or conditions that prevent our team from working safely and efficiently.

 

 

4. Product Limitations & Expectations

 

While we stand behind the quality of our door inserts, customers acknowledge the following:

 

• Glass inserts may contain minor natural imperfections, which are normal in the manufacturing process.

• Condensation may occur in certain climates and does not necessarily indicate product failure.

• Insert designs may vary slightly in color or pattern based on lighting, screen differences, or materials.

• Installation into warped, damaged, or out-of-spec doors may affect the performance and lifespan of the insert.

 

 

5. Warranty & Repairs

 

Our door inserts come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering material defects and craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover:

 

• Damage caused by improper use, misuse, neglect, or accident

• Wear and tear due to environmental exposure

• Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications

 

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

Nu Vision Doors is not liable for:

 

• Any damage resulting from the improper use, handling, or maintenance of our products

• Any structural issues or defects in the existing door or frame

• Delays in delivery or installation due to events beyond our control (weather, supply chain disruptions, etc.)

 

Our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the price paid by the customer for the product or service in question.

 

 

7. Returns & Cancellations

 

All inserts are custom ordered per job based on your specific selection and project requirements. For this reason, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement to avoid processing or restocking fees. After that period, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

Please note that we do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind once the order has been submitted to our supplier.

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this site, including images, logos, and product descriptions, are the property of Nu Vision Doors and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

 

 

9. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of  Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Pasco County, Florida.
